Healthcare Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team at KG Call Center. As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting them with their healthcare-related inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their healthcare plans and benefits
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum six months of customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
