Job Title: Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Bilingual Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages as required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet or exceed customer satisfaction and retention targets
