Job Title: Director, Total Rewards and Compensation Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Total Rewards and Compensation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and expertise in compensation and benefits programs, policies, and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation and Benefits Strategy: Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business objectives and goals.
  • Program Design and Implementation: Design and implement compensation and benefits programs that meet the needs of the business and its employees.
  • Policy Development and Governance: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to understand their compensation and benefits needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Communication and Change Management: Develop and implement communication plans to ensure that employees understand compensation and benefits programs and changes.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide insights to inform compensation and benefits decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as human resources, business, or finance.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
