Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Compensation and Benefits Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with industry standards.

  • Manage Total Rewards Budget: Manage the Total Rewards budget and ensure that all programs and initiatives are aligned with our business objectives and budget constraints.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards and People Operations: Proven experience in developing and implementing Total Rewards strategies and leading compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams and develop strategic plans that align with business objectives.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders, HR, and business stakeholders.
