WHAT YOU WILL DO:

The Lead Compensation Analyst will partner with North Highland's leadership to deliver comprehensive compensation and benefits insights through research, analysis, and the ongoing management of the total rewards framework. This role emphasizes compensation strategies (base salary, variable pay, sales incentives, and equity plans) and benefits aimed at attracting, retaining, and rewarding talent.

You will collaborate with other innovators within our organization to enhance brand visibility and engagement through various communication channels, integrated campaigns, and employee advocacy initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Implementing compensation policies and providing training and support to HR teams and business leaders.
  • Overseeing the annual compensation review process.
  • Managing bonus distribution for various incentive plans, including preparation of bonus documentation.
  • Collaborating with Business Development on the administration of sales compensation structures.
  • Leading the promotions process, including formulating recommendations based on market analysis and internal equity.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of data submitted for bonuses, with approval from relevant business units.
  • Conducting salary grade structure audits to evaluate job titles, codes, FLSA status, pay grades, and incentive targets.
  • Analyzing data and generating reports to maintain internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Identifying trends and patterns in analyses, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Participating in annual compensation market assessments to update salary ranges and adjust systems accordingly.
  • Submitting salary survey data as required.
  • Overseeing calculations related to the UK Gender Pay Gap and presenting findings to the executive team.
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure the accuracy of reporting systems.
  • Assisting in the development and distribution of Total Reward Statements.
  • Possessing functional knowledge of leave programs such as FMLA, STD, and LTD.
  • Supporting ACA reporting and conducting related research.
  • Assisting with wellness program administration, research, and promotional activities.
  • Providing support for internal and external audits.
  • Collaborating with global HR teams and external partners to address employee needs and resolve issues.
  • Working with Payroll teams across different regions to ensure accurate data processing.
  • Engaging in compensation and benefits activities in compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
  • Participating in testing and administration of compensation and benefits systems.
  • Contributing to special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in administering HR programs, including compensation and benefits.
  • Familiarity with federal and state regulations, including FMLA, ERISA, and FLSA.
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
