About the Role

We are an applied AI lab focused on developing end-to-end software agents to augment engineering teams. Our mission is to empower engineers to focus on high-impact projects and drive ambitious goals.

As a Sales and Technical Account Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for Cognition Corp while providing critical product feedback to the development team. You will be responsible for sourcing, closing, and activating enterprise customers.

  • Drive revenue by owning the entire sales cycle, from prospecting through close and activation, for early-stage through enterprise companies.
  • Navigate complex customer organizations, working directly with executives, tech leaders, procurement, and legal stakeholders.
  • Develop strategies for showcasing the product and closing opportunities with layered buying organizations.
Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of selling technical products to enterprise customers.
  • Technical experience, either as a software engineer, sales engineer, or forward-deployed engineer.
  • The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, willing to adapt quickly and take on additional responsibilities.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
