About This Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Coach and Strategist to join our team at Exec. In this role, you will provide sales coaching and guidance to our corporate clients, helping them achieve their sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement customized sales training programs for clients.
  • Conduct regular coaching sessions with sales professionals to help them improve their skills and performance.
  • Analyze sales data and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Partner with sales leaders to develop team-wide performance enhancement strategies.
  • Guide sales managers in developing their coaching abilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in sales management or sales enablement.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching individual sellers and sales managers to improved performance.
  • Strong knowledge of sales tools and CRM best practices.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and create actionable insights.
  • Sales coaching certification preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Track record of developing high-performing sales teams and individuals.
  • Experience with multiple sales models.
Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and develop your skills as a sales coach and strategist.
