Job SummaryThe Front Desk Supervisor provides guidance and leadership to the Front Office team, ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively with staff and guests, monitoring lobby traffic, and making staffing adjustments as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with staff and guests to provide clear direction and resolve customer complaints
- Monitor lobby traffic and make staffing adjustments to ensure efficient service
- Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting guests, processing registrations, and handling cash and credit transactions
- Supervise and train Front Office staff to ensure consistent quality service
- Perform accurate arithmetic functions and balance the house bank
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Two years combined prior front desk and supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff and guests, both verbally and in writing
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system
- Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk
