Job Title: Commercial Territory Manager

About the Role:

The Commercial Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and sustained demand for CertainTeed's commercial roofing systems. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to deliver sales growth and sustained demand.
  • Develop and maintain value-added relationships between customers and CertainTeed.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
  • Conduct sales promotions and educational meetings with architects, contractors, builders, and other trade factors.
  • Travel extensively to call on customers and attend industry events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
