Commercial Territory Manager

About the Role:
The Commercial Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and sustained demand for CertainTeed's commercial roofing systems. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry and the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to deliver sales growth and sustained demand.
- Develop and maintain value-added relationships between customers and CertainTeed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts.
- Conduct sales promotions and educational meetings with architects, contractors, builders, and other trade factors.
- Travel extensively to call on customers and attend industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
