Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst, Programmatic and Paid Social Media Specialist to join our team at Starcom. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing programmatic media campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Programmatic Media Campaign Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for programmatic media campaigns, including auction/exchange-based performance media, display, mobile, and video audience-based buying.
  • Campaign Execution and Optimization: Manage and optimize programmatic media campaigns, including daily campaign maintenance, tracking, and status updates.
  • Client Communication and Reporting: Effectively communicate digital strategies, rationales, and proposals to clients, and develop client-facing campaign performance reports.
  • Inventory Management and Proposal Development: Assess inventory availability and develop proposals for new client opportunities.
  • Creative Asset Management and Campaign Documentation: Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and relevant campaign documentation.
  • Traffic Campaign Tags and QA Process: Traffic campaign tags into Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), Social API technology, or other ad technology environments, and oversee the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance.
  • Weekly and Monthly Auditing Reports: Provide weekly and monthly auditing reports to agency stakeholders and actualize bill/pay systems when applicable.
  • Team Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Develop a rapport with the broader Starcom digital Activation, Strategy, and Analytics teams, participate in regular knowledge share sessions, and actively engage with Analysts by coaching, managing, and educating them on new technologies, digital advertising principles, and client services skills.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, statistics, economics, sociology, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1+ years of directly related experience in programmatic media, preferably with working knowledge in technologies such as The Trade Desk, DoubleClick Bid Manager, TTD, AOP, AAP, and Facebook and Twitter APIs.
  • Skills: Strong analytics, organizational, and communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and intermediate to advanced understanding of Excel.
