Procurement Specialist
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee, identify, and mitigate supply chain risks throughout the procurement process, ensuring alignment with contract obligations, operational objectives, and corporate strategy. Collaborate effectively with various departments, including Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, and Finance.

- Develop and distribute requests for proposals.
- Assess supplier submissions and conduct thorough pricing evaluations.
- Negotiate confidentiality agreements, partnership contracts, licensing terms, and conditions.
- Formulate small business subcontracting strategies, adhering to relevant regulations.
- Manage subcontracts, modifications, and task orders, ensuring compliance with Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) standards and company policies.

Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in procurement or contract management.
  • Skilled in negotiating pricing and contract terms.
  • Familiarity with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARS).
  • High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in assessing hardware or software requirements for government contracts.
  • Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
