- Responsible for the financial success of assigned projects and ensures that all projects are delivered on-time, within contracted scope and within budget

- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Ability to Mobilize

- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering practice or related field; or a minimum of 8 years of progressive project/program management experience
- 4 years of construction/industrial project/program management experience
- Technical Skills
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Project and Excel
- Contract Management
- In-depth understanding of, and ability to work with various government contract types, including Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, and Time & Material
- Project Management
- Ability to tightly control and manage project schedules, budgets, scopes of work, contract changes, internal staff resources and subcontractors
