Key Responsibilities:

  • Process guest registrations, payments, and other transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and continuous improvement
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, promoting a positive image of the hotel

About the Salary: This role offers an estimated annual salary of $50,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel software systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
