We are seeking a motivated and experienced hotel front office team lead to join our dynamic team at the Valencia Hotel Riverwalk in San Antonio, TX.
About the Role:- This is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with hotel operations experience to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our hotel.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service delivery.

- Lead the front office team by example, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellent customer service.
- Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, including managing room assignments, guest requests, and issues resolution.
- Supervise and train front office staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to hotel standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of hotel front office experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with hotel operations software and systems.
- A competitive salary range of $25.50 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
