BURKE + CO.

Our boutique investment firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Assistant to provide daily administrative support to our Co-Founder. This role will involve managing the Co-Founder's calendar, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential communications.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a high-profile executive in a dynamic and agile team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Co-Founder's calendar and schedule appointments
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including private aviation
  • Monitor and address incoming communications with discretion
  • Provide personal administrative support to the Co-Founder and family
  • Collaborate with the CoS and administrative team to maintain the Co-Founder's schedule and plan logistics
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Track expenses and prepare expense reports
  • Assist in planning team off-sites and events

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leadership
  • Experience in private equity, venture capital, or investment management highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Ability to work outside traditional business hours and respond to urgent matters
  • Experience at a small finance firm or family office environment strongly preferred
  • Experience with private aviation a plus
  • Detail-oriented and great at multitasking
  • Team-player with a propensity to pitch in where needed
  • Excellent communicator with exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong learning agility and ability to anticipate needs
  • Ability to think strategically and see the bigger picture
