Patient Access Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Patient Access Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of patients through our healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately process patient registration information and verify data for accuracy
- Communicate with medical and clinical personnel to ensure optimal information flow and resolve discrepancies
- Initiate processes and assess patient information to ensure systematic availability hospital-wide
- Meet established quality and productivity standards, interacting professionally with patients, staff, and vendors
- Two years of medical office or customer service experience
- Participation in orientation, patient access training program, and continuing education
- Knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Eclipsys or PHS/HPF preferred
