We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Access Representative to join our team at Trinity Health. As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely patient registration and insurance verification.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately process patient registration information and verify insurance coverage
- Communicate effectively with medical and clinical personnel to ensure seamless patient flow
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information in our Eclipsys system
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with payor insurance requirements and hospital policies
- Two years of medical office or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in PC software
