Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately process patient registration information and verify data for accuracy
  • Communicate with medical and clinical personnel to ensure optimal patient flow and reimbursement
  • Initiate processes and assess patient information to ensure systematic availability hospital-wide
  • Meet established quality and productivity standards, interacting professionally with patients, staff, and vendors
Requirements
  • Two years of medical office or customer service experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Basic mathematical skills and proficiency in word processing and PC software
Work Environment

This position is located in a clinical setting, with exposure to Class I or II hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
