Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for closing deals and managing order production for small-to-mid market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Closing Deals: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, negotiate and close sales, and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Customer Engagement: Qualify and engage new inbound customers, develop and implement follow-up strategies to convert leads into sales.
  • Sales Proposals: Create customized sales proposals that showcase Gemnote's products and services, providing expertise and timelines to customers.
  • Order Management: Manage production timelines to ensure timely delivery, ensuring a smooth process throughout.
  • Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of Gemnote's products and services to provide high-level customer service and support.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Advocate for customers across internal teams, translating business and product needs to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills, with proficiency in Salesforce, Google Suite, and other project management tools.
  • Personal Qualities: Resilient, creative, and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and ability to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
