Job Summary:

The Virtual organization is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to lead and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HRIS system implementations, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives and deliverables.
  • Manage project execution activities from initiation to post-live support.
  • Develop process maps and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between HR leadership and senior executives.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in HR or HRIS system implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on details.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
