HR Operations Manager

Job Summary:
The Virtual organization is seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Manager to lead and manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, HRIS system implementations, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project execution activities from initiation to post-live support.
- Develop process maps and workflows to improve organizational efficiency.
- Act as a liaison between HR leadership and senior executives.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in HR or HRIS system implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and tasks.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on details.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
