Job Summary

The HR Operations Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex projects within the HR department. This role requires strong project management skills, effective communication, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives.
Collaborate with HR leadership and other senior executives to identify and prioritize project initiatives.
Manage project resources, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to ensure project progress and address any challenges.
Develop and maintain process maps and workflows to improve HR operations and efficiency.

Requirements

4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR or HRIS system implementations.
Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
