Job Summary

Vaco is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects and ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use project management tools to scope, lead, and ensure timely delivery of multiple complex projects.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders within HR and the wider organization to build well-structured project plans.
  • Identify and facilitate the coordination of meetings and workshops with key stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
  • Partner with Change Management Manager on all change management/communications activities.
  • Manage deliverables and project execution activities from initiation through post-live support.
  • Develop process maps/workflows from conducting current state process analysis to developing redesigned processes.

Requirements

  • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in project management, preferably in HR/HRIS System implementations and/or upgrades.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tasks, aligning resources to ensure priorities with multiple deadlines are met.
  • Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to do process mapping and pain point documentation.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on details.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification and/or prior experience with HR or Change Management programs or projects preferred.
