Job Description

Blue Star Partners LLC is seeking an experienced HR Technology Analyst to support the day-to-day operations of the HR technology team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing HR systems, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Infor WFM Workbrain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain HR systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across platforms.
  • Provide support in absence management, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the compensation and payroll modules within Workday, ensuring accurate processing and data integrity.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute HR data reports, providing insights to HR leadership.
  • Ensure smooth integration between HR systems, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Act as a key point of contact for HR system users, providing troubleshooting support and conducting training sessions as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through system enhancements, automation, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR technology or HRIS roles, with hands-on experience in Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and/or Infor WFM Workbrain.
  • Proven experience in configuring and administering HR systems, with a focus on absence management, compensation, and payroll.
  • Strong background in HR data management, including generating and analyzing reports, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights to HR leaders.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving system issues, with the ability to diagnose problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

  • Technical proficiency in HR systems, including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Infor WFM Workbrain.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management, reporting, and system configuration.
