Strategic Customer Success Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Flow Engineering. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for driving growth and adoption of our product among our customer base. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and goals, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve success with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing expert guidance and support to help them get the most out of our product.
* Develop and execute customized success plans to drive growth and adoption among our customer base.
* Collaborate with our engineering team to identify and prioritize product enhancements that meet the needs of our customers.
* Represent Flow Engineering at industry events and conferences, showcasing our product and thought leadership in the market.
Requirements:
* 4+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role, with a proven track record of driving growth and adoption among a customer base.
* Strong understanding of the hardware industry and the challenges faced by our customers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
