Job Overview
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences within a retail environment. This position is integral to the sales team, providing top-notch customer care and support. The CSA may start as a Greeter and has opportunities for advancement into roles such as Parts Sales or Store Sales Lead, contingent upon performance and dedication.

- Exhibit a high level of integrity in all interactions.
- Welcome customers and provide them with essential information as they enter the store.
- Respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and friendliness.
- Adhere to loss prevention and quality assurance protocols at all times.
- Participate in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the store, including tasks such as cleaning and tidying.
- Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
- Recognize when customer issues require managerial assistance.
- Complete sales training and apply the established sales model consistently.
- Engage in ongoing training and education related to the business.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Commitment to safety in all aspects of work.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and outgoing demeanor.
- Able to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive parts and products is beneficial.
- Adhere to the company dress code, maintaining a professional appearance.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stretch.
- Manual dexterity is necessary for maintaining cleanliness and performing assigned tasks.
- Vision must be adequate to perform job functions safely.
- Able to remain on feet for the duration of the assigned shift.
Work Environment:
Regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions and occasional noisy environments.
