We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Account Specialist to join our team at Signarama Evansville. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assessing client signage needs, and presenting solutions that drive sales and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Assess client signage needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects
  • Manage client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in cloud-based CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred
