Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Manager to drive growth in the North America region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic selling and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success in solution and systems sales of capital equipment or industrial automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess customer needs and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Travel to customer sites to promote company capabilities and negotiate contracts
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field or business management
5+ years of experience in sales and negotiation
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
