Job Summary:

Gables Search Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth in the field of rheology methods within your territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships.
  • Present to small and large audiences, including C-suite executives, production managers, and technicians, to promote our products and services.
  • Qualify opportunities, develop proposals, and close business deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in capital equipment sales, analytical instruments, or rheometers, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as presentation skills, to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Bachelor's degree in a natural science or engineering.
  • Availability for frequent overnight travel (50-60%).
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and passport.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive base salary range of $87,000 to $98,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • An uncapped commission plan that pays monthly from day one, with bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A monthly car/mileage reimbursement, full benefits, profit-sharing bonuses, and a $10,000 anniversary bonus every five years.
  • A sign-on bonus opportunity.
