Regulatory Compliance Analyst

The Compliance Data Analyst I will report to the GRC Senior Compliance Associate and play a crucial role in ongoing data remediation and quality assurance. This position involves verifying licenses from relevant state boards to ensure that federal, state, and EU disclosure reports are submitted accurately and on time for GForce Life Sciences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the efficient collection, aggregation, correction, and delivery of precise spend transparency reports to meet federal, state, and EU disclosure obligations. This includes independently reviewing, formatting, and cleaning complex datasets, identifying and investigating data discrepancies, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to rectify quality issues.
- Assist in utilizing current systems and tools to guarantee accurate data collection and reporting. This includes reviewing error and alert reports and making necessary updates.
- Verify licenses with the appropriate state boards and ensure adherence to state-specific regulations.
- Develop or enhance processes by identifying gaps and proposing improvements, while creating and maintaining operational practices for both new and existing transparency processes.
- Support the preparation and submission of state transparency reports and EFPIA data disclosure reports.
- Contribute to quality checks and remediation efforts related to Sunshine Act reporting.
Education and Skills Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis is required.
- A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- Familiarity with EFPIA data disclosure requirements is essential.
- Knowledge of state disclosure requirements is necessary.
- Understanding of the Open Payments (Sunshine) Act is preferred.
- Ability to navigate and learn new systems comfortably.
- Experience working with various systems (e.g., Concur, Aggregate Spend platforms) is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, is required, along with the ability to learn analytics technology tools.
- A high level of attention to detail is crucial.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities are essential.
- Capability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
- Competence in managing complexity and ambiguity is important.
- Experience in compliance is preferred.
- Experience in the Life Sciences industry is strongly preferred.
Contract Details:
- This is a contract position with the potential for extension in 12+ month increments.
