Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional for the role of Regulatory Business Analyst, specializing in the Capital Markets domain. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working within an Agile environment and the ability to adapt to the dynamic landscape of regulatory changes. The candidate should demonstrate a capacity for rapid learning and produce high-quality deliverables promptly while exhibiting strong collaboration skills through effective verbal and written communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Regulatory Business Analyst within the "Change the Bank" (CTB) framework, spearheading new and ongoing regulatory change initiatives across various jurisdictions, including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the Capital Markets sector, with experience in delivering regulatory reporting projects, and create necessary business analysis deliverables in an Agile setting.
  • Engage in project management tasks, including planning and status reporting, while demonstrating exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Business, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams, to clarify and finalize regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the complete project lifecycle, from documenting requirements to facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) and liaising with IT and end-users.
  • Identify and analyze business systems solutions with broad impacts and develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

The candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, as well as experience with business analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SQL Server Management Studio, and other SQL database tools.

The compensation for this position will be determined based on various factors, including the applicant's experience, skills, and geographic location.
