The Compliance Data Analyst I will report to the GRC Senior Compliance Associate and will play a vital role in ongoing data remediation, ensuring data integrity, and verifying licenses from relevant state boards to guarantee that federal, state, and EU disclosure reports are submitted accurately and on time for GForce Life Sciences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the effective collection, aggregation, correction, and timely delivery of accurate spend transparency reports in compliance with federal, state, and EU disclosure mandates. This includes independently reviewing, formatting, and cleansing complex datasets, identifying and investigating data discrepancies, and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to rectify quality issues.
  • Assist in utilizing current systems and tools to ensure precise data collection and reporting, reviewing error and alert reports, and making necessary updates.
  • Verify licenses with the respective state boards to ensure adherence to state-specific regulations.
  • Develop or refine processes by identifying gaps and recommending enhancements, as well as creating and maintaining operational practices for both new and existing transparency initiatives.
  • Support the preparation and submission of state transparency reports and EFPIA data disclosure documents.
  • Contribute to quality assurance checks and remediation efforts related to Sunshine Act reporting.

Education and Skills Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Familiarity with EFPIA data disclosure standards is essential.
  • Knowledge of state disclosure regulations is necessary.
  • Understanding of the Open Payments (Sunshine) Act is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate and learn new systems with ease.
  • Experience working with various systems (e.g., Concur, Aggregate Spend platforms) is beneficial.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis, is required, along with the ability to learn analytics technology tools.
  • A high level of attention to detail is crucial.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities are essential.
  • Ability to achieve objectives with minimal supervision, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity is necessary.
  • Experience in compliance is preferred.
  • Experience in the Life Sciences sector is strongly preferred.

Contract Details:

  • This is a contract position with the potential for extension in 12+ month increments.
