Key Responsibilities
  • Facility Oversight: Provide 24-hour oversight of assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and professional manner.
  • Client Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, families, and guardians to ensure their needs are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff members.
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and complete documentation of client files and staff performance.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Meetings and Reporting: Attend and participate in meetings with clients, families, and staff members, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements
  • Experience: Two years of related work experience required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in software applications and databases.
  • Education: Additional education can be substituted for experience.
