Program Coordinator DCS

Job Overview
The Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the delivery of services in designated homes, supervising staff, and assisting with training requirements. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and schedule staff for assigned shifts
- Take disciplinary action as necessary
- Function as a Program Coordinator for individuals served
- Assist in developing and monitoring individualized plans of care
- Interview prospective individuals served and families
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
- Provide support to individuals served, their families, and Evergreen staff
- Monitor budgetary requirements and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations, and guidelines
Requirements
- Prefer a four-year degree or equivalent experience in serving individuals with disabilities
- At least two years' experience in serving individuals with disabilities
- Experience in supervising staff, monitoring budgets, and following licensing and regulatory guidelines
- Clear understanding of administrative procedures and personnel management
- Understanding of Medicaid guidelines and Supported Living, Assisted Living, or In-Home Waiver Services
Working Environment
This role requires working in a variety of settings and environments, both indoors and outdoors, with a good driving record and reliable transportation.
