**Job Title:** Operations Manager

The Operations Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the operational strategies and risk management of the organization. They must have expertise in all aspects of operational management in the consumer products industry, including standard operating procedures, enterprise resource planning, and project management.

  • **Lead Operational Planning and Reporting:** Develop and implement operational plans, analyze key performance indicators, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • **Risk Management and Analysis:** Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks, and analyze investment opportunities to drive business growth.
  • **International Collaboration:** Collaborate with international counterparts to ensure seamless operations, manage cross-border relationships, and facilitate global supply chain management.
  • **Vendor Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • **Financial Management:** Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • **Process Improvement:** Implement and oversee systems and processes to drive operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
  • **Compliance and Governance:** Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  • **Innovation and Improvement:** Drive cross-functional initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in the consumer products industry.
  • International manufacturing and retail experience, with a strong understanding of global supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
  • Proficiency in enterprise resource planning systems and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable with numbers and timelines, with a strong attention to detail.
