Position Overview

The Procurement Coordinator plays a crucial role in facilitating the various supply acquisitions necessary for our retail locations. This role ensures that all materials and supplies procured align with Rally House's standards. The Procurement Coordinator builds and maintains strong relationships with management to address business needs through cost-effectiveness, quality assurance, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement process, including reviewing, approving, and tracking orders.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely payments to suppliers.
  • Maintain knowledge of diverse suppliers and their offerings.
  • Monitor stock levels and communicate restocking requirements to management.
  • Develop relationships with current suppliers and seek out new vendors to meet evolving business demands.
  • Coordinate with project management to ensure product and supply schedules and budgets are met.
  • Source materials and negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective solutions.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Exceptional organizational abilities with a strong capacity to plan and execute tasks effectively. Proficient verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; or equivalent experience. Proficiency in data entry, database management, and compliance reporting.

Work is primarily conducted in an office setting, though some projects may require visits to alternative locations.
Must be capable of operating standard office equipment and keyboards.
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds and to walk short distances.

Compensation: $25.00 per hour.
