Reporting to: VP of Global Partnerhsips and Supply Chain

Your role in the mission:

Type One Energy are seeking a Supply Chain Planner to be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the endtoend supply chain operations including demand forecasting inventory management and production planning. The role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes to ensure that materials are available to support our Fusion Direct projects. The Supply Chain Planner will work closely with the Procurement and Operations team in a fast paced start up environment.

  • Analyze supply chain dynamics data and market trends to create accurate demand plans.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies.
  • In conjunction with engineering create and manage bills of materials and ensure that procurement plans align with schedule and demand forecasts.
  • Adjust procurement plans as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or supply chain disruptions.
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
  • Identify and address any supply chain issues that may impact production or delivery timelines.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management.
  • Generate reports on supply chain performance.
  • Provide datadriven insights to management for strategic decisionmaking.
  • Participate in regular supply chain meetings to review performance and address any issues.

What youll need:

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
  • Professional certification (e.g. APICS CPIM CSCP) is a plus.
  • 3 years of experience in supply chain planning demand forecasting or inventory management.
  • Experience with supply chain management software (e.g. NetSuite SAP Oracle or similar ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
