About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Blue Water Hospitality Group, LLC. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, handling all necessary paperwork and transactions.
  • Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as housekeeping and engineering, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in hospitality and customer service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in hotel management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, remain calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
