We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining the highest level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Effectively check guests into and out of the resort, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Manage guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about resort amenities and services.
- Process transactions, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Stay up-to-date on resort policies, procedures, and services to provide exceptional guest service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
