Our resort is situated on 27 acres at the southern end of Ocean Boulevard, adjacent to Myrtle Beach State Park. Enjoy easy access to white-sand beaches, fishing off Springmaid Pier, and nearby shopping and dining options. Our amenities include restaurants, two lazy rivers, and indoor and outdoor pools.

Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor provides leadership and guidance as the lead Front Office Clerk, ensuring consistent quality customer service is delivered. Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating effectively with staff and guests
  • Monitoring lobby traffic and adjusting staffing accordingly
  • Greeting guests with a friendly welcome
  • Completing registration processes efficiently
  • Promoting the hotel's marketing program
  • Selecting rooms based on guest needs
  • Handling cash, making change, and balancing the house bank
  • Accepting and recording various forms of payment
  • Performing accurate arithmetic functions
  • Posting charges to guest rooms and house accounts
  • Answering phones and retrieving messages
  • Resolving customer complications and complaints
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to access and accurately input information using a computer system
  • Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

We welcome applicants with additional language skills and a high school diploma or equivalent. Some college education is preferred, and prior front desk and supervisory experience is a plus. All employees must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
