Job Summary

The Front Desk Manager will oversee the front desk staff, manage all front-end duties, and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As the first point of contact for our clients, you must be friendly, informative, welcoming, and able to handle inquiries, concerns, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example and motivate the front desk team to deliver outstanding customer service and promote the Wellness Program.
  • Identify areas for improvement in performance and recommend tools and sales training to optimize the front desk sales team's performance.
  • Provide leadership to the front desk team and ensure they meet monthly sales goals.
  • Review and analyze sales and operational records and reports to inform sales projections, profitability, and target identification.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing client questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment.
  • Promote total body care by educating clients on new and expanding services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Member Outreach Coordinator to retain members through outreach efforts.
  • Resolve customer complaints, staffing issues, and other operational challenges that impact sales efficiency.
  • Embody and uphold all Massage Envy core values.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals, building strong relationships with team members, and performing other duties as assigned.
