Job Description

**Job Summary:**

As a Staffing Specialist at Resource Employment Solutions, you will play a critical role in supporting external employees and assigned accounts. Your primary focus will be on the external hire process, employee retention, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with other groups such as Accounting, Recruiting, Sales, HR, and Management to achieve our strategic business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Facilitate new external employee hire and rehire processes, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
  • Focus on external employee current assignments, employment satisfaction, and retention through regular contact and proactive issue resolution.
  • Maintain and update external employee information in our database, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolve external employee issues, screening to identify those that require routing to other resources such as Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, or Management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external employees, meeting customer performance expectations and identifying potential business leads.
  • Process external employee maintenance, including status and information changes, terminations, and other administrative tasks.
  • Convey business leads to the account team for follow-up, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Fulfill assigned tasks using standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies, guidelines, standard documentation, and Service Level Agreements.
  • Interact with clients as needed, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Document contact notes in systems as required, maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
  • Provide front office support, handling incoming calls, greeting office visitors, and applicants to determine the nature of their visit.
  • Act as a backup for other operational or administrative functions, providing assistance as needed to ensure all tasks are prioritized and completed on time.
  • Participate in projects or other initiatives as required, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Perform administrative duties relative to the recruiting process and general administrative tasks as required.
  • Report work-related injuries to proper Company contacts, facilitating paperwork, processes, and communications.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • Strong customer service and client relations skills.
  • Great communication skills, both oral and written, along with leadership qualities.
  • Must possess good customer service and assertiveness skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
  • Must have knowledge of Office 365.
  • Experience with Bullhorn preferred.
  • Previous staffing experience preferred.

**Schedule and Pay:**

  • 1st shift position.
  • Friday to Monday.
  • 9:00am - 5pm or 10am - 6pm.
  • $18.00 per hour.
