Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $ $62200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
  • Verify that NPOs meet all criteria, organize and track contracts, and prepare necessary reports, badges, and credentials for event days
  • Schedule, supervise, and check-in and check-out non-profit volunteers and team members on event days, ensuring compliance with guest service, technical training, and building rules
  • Coordinate and deliver training for NPOs on federal, state, and local regulations regarding alcohol and sanitation, and ensure they follow company policies
  • Monitor timekeeping systems, assist the department manager in scheduling team members for events, and ensure NPO team members have proper uniforms and follows all building rules
  • Prepare and analyze productivity and commission compensation reports, and lead the employee engagement team
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Previous supervisory experience managing teams preferred
  • Previous experience with non-profits preferred
  • Must be able to implement rules and direct team members
  • Excellent customer service and employee relations skills
  • Basic math skills with the ability to accurately account for inventory
