Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office manager and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our local office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person
  • Handle customer calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with office administration and accounting tasks, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks
  • Conduct background checks and drug screening as part of the hiring process
Requirements
  • Experience with office administration and accounting
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Desktop
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
