This role is pivotal in assisting external personnel and designated accounts, primarily concentrating on the external hiring process, employee retention, and ensuring client satisfaction. The position may involve coordination and collaboration with various departments such as Accounting, Recruiting, Sales, HR, and Management. This role works closely with Recruiting, Sales, and Operations to support clients in achieving their immediate and long-term business goals while aligning with Resource Employment Solutions' strategic objectives. Occasional interaction with clients may occur, either through in-person meetings or phone communications. Additional operational tasks may be required as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR:
- Manage the onboarding and rehire processes for new external employees.
- Ensure ongoing engagement with external employees regarding their current assignments, job satisfaction, and retention through regular communication.
- Maintain and update external employee records in the database.
- Address and resolve external employee inquiries, directing complex issues to appropriate resources such as Payroll, Benefits, Human Resources, or Management.
- Foster ongoing relationships with external employees to meet customer performance expectations.
- Handle external employee status updates (changes in information, terminations, etc.).
- Identify potential business opportunities through regular contact with external employees and relay these leads to the account management team for follow-up.
- Execute assigned tasks in accordance with established operating procedures, policies, guidelines, and Service Level Agreements.
- Document all interactions in the required systems.
- Uphold confidentiality regarding all information and data.
- Provide front office support by managing incoming calls and greeting visitors or applicants to ascertain the purpose of their visit.
- Serve as a backup for other operational or administrative functions, ensuring all tasks are prioritized and completed timely and with high quality.
- Participate in projects or initiatives as needed.
- Perform administrative duties related to the recruitment process and general office tasks as required.
- Report workplace injuries to the appropriate company contacts and facilitate necessary paperwork and communications.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR:
- 1-2 years of comprehensive recruiting experience.
- Bilingual skills are advantageous.
- Proficient in computer applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated customer service aptitude and assertiveness.
- Ability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Office 365.
- Experience with Bullhorn is preferred.
- Prior staffing experience is preferred.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- 1st shift position
- Friday to Monday
- 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Hourly wage: $18.00 to $20.00
