Vaco Staffing is seeking a Project Coordinator for a long-term contractual engagement with a prominent healthcare organization.

Role Overview:
 The Project Coordinator will be tasked with managing and synchronizing project initiatives associated with revenue cycle operations. This position demands expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, along with outstanding client interaction capabilities. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in facilitating meetings, organizing agendas, documenting action items, and ensuring the effective handling of new tasks and information.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Meeting Coordination: Proactively facilitate project meetings, ensuring that all pertinent subjects are covered in a timely and structured manner.
  • Agenda Preparation: Prepare and circulate meeting agendas promptly by collecting input from both teams and stakeholders.
  • Documentation of Action Items: Record and disseminate action items within 24 hours post-meeting, including clear assignments and deadlines. Regularly follow up on outstanding items to ensure progress and readiness for future meetings.
  • Management of Tasks and Information: Integrate and assign new tasks and information as introduced by the organization, ensuring seamless incorporation into project workflows.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet.
  • Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Demonstrated experience in facilitating meetings and overseeing project documentation.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
