We are looking for a dedicated Office Coordinator to support our dynamic Insurance & Finance team. In this position, you will carry out various clerical and administrative tasks to enhance operational efficiency. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our clients receive timely assistance and that their requests are directed to the appropriate personnel within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone inquiries and either route them to the correct individual or address them directly.
  • Accurately document client requests and maintain detailed call logs.
  • Generate and manage client-related documentation as needed.
  • Compose and distribute emails, memos, and letters efficiently.
  • Organize and prioritize documentation to meet specific deadlines.
  • Maintain an orderly filing system through scanning and organizing documents.
  • Update and sustain relevant office reports and spreadsheets.
  • Assist with various office tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is essential.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously is crucial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • A quick learner who adapts well to new tasks and software.
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills, especially during busy periods.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Successful completion of a background check and provision of business references is required prior to employment.
