As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels for all production assembly teams by coordinating orders and deliveries with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate purchase orders for all suppliers and product lines, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing backorders.
  • Collaborate with assembly team leaders to ensure inventory levels meet production demands.
  • Forecast and manage inventory levels, particularly for critical items, to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory reports for each department.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Work with the accounting department to process payments to suppliers.
  • Assist the order department with stock needs for customer deliveries.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance department to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of purchasing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, and ERP systems.
