City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled sales professional to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and qualify potential clients to ensure they meet our sales criteria.
  • Manage the sales process: Schedule appointments, understand prospective client needs, create proposals, and make presentations to win new business.
  • Build and maintain relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM: Utilize our CRM system to capture and enter all customer information, track sales activity, and analyze sales performance.
  • Manage projects: Manage projects sold to ensure completion of scope of work through our network of independent contractors.
  • Meet sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets, and continually build your prospect pipeline to achieve business growth.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years outside B2B sales experience: We are looking for a sales professional with 2+ years of experience in outside B2B sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of success: You should have a demonstrated track record of success in outside B2B sales, with a strong ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Project or construction management experience: Experience in project or construction management is a plus, but not required.
  • Organized and results-driven: You should be highly organized and results-driven, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM systems: Proficiency in CRM systems is required, as you will be using our CRM system to capture and enter customer information, track sales activity, and analyze sales performance.
