Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of achieving revenue targets for the territory, emphasizing both new and repeat business with B2B clients, including builders engaged in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Lead initiatives aimed at year-over-year growth in sales, attracting new clients, and maintaining repeat business while establishing enduring relationships with customers.
- Accountable for meeting financial objectives for the territory, which includes strategic planning and project execution, while upholding safety standards and compliance.
- Follow territory guidelines that align with broader regional goals, focusing on continuous learning, prospecting, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong customer-centric approach and demonstrate leadership across various functions, including national and commercial sales, order processing, estimating, and installation teams.
- Exemplify the company's core values and success-driven behaviors in all professional interactions.
Qualifications
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in sales, business, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
- Strong sales acumen and experience in managing B2B relationships.
- Experience in the new construction or remodeling sector is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the residential builder market is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve KPIs and financial objectives.
- Proficient in computer applications, including MS Office.
- Ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.

Compensation for this commission-based role typically ranges from $115,000 to $125,000, plus a car allowance and benefits starting on the first day of employment.
