Role Overview:

The Senior Product Strategy Manager plays a crucial role in Ping Identity's global go-to-market strategy. Our aim is to provide the most comprehensive identity security solutions to assist our clients in navigating industry-specific needs and regulations, particularly within the U.S. Federal market and FedRAMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to steer business operations, strategic initiatives, and processes to achieve critical objectives in targeted market segments.
  • Drive process enhancements across the broader cross-functional team.
  • Partner with various teams to formulate strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage programs and spearhead strategic projects.
  • Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to define and document strategies while maintaining processes that foster growth.
  • Oversee internal and external communication strategies.
  • Report directly to the VP of Product Management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud computing within product management, program management, or marketing roles.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing U.S. Federal projects and programs in compliance with specific regulations, particularly FedRAMP.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, operations, or equivalent experience.

Essential Competencies:

  • Ability to adopt a structured and data-driven approach to monitor business progress, ensuring follow-up, comprehension, and actionable insights.
  • Proficient in managing financial and process controls.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project management, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and communication.
  • Skilled in distilling large volumes of information into clear recommendations and effectively presenting these to diverse audiences.
